Project Overview:
Painting works across Levels 1 to 4 for the Lander & Rogers Melbourne office. The project involved high-quality internal finishes including walls, ceilings, doors, and exposed concrete elements, aligning with the architectural intent and ensuring consistency across all floors.

Scope of Works:

• Painting of core walls, columns, and door leafs.

• Coating of exposed concrete ceilings in black finish.

• Application of paint to low-height perimeter walls and plasterboard ceilings.

• Painting of core doors, frames, PB margins, and both one-sided and double-sided wall partitions.

• Execution coordinated per level to ensure streamlined delivery and site standards.
